Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth operations. You will mentor the sales team, deliver personalized customer service, and handle opening/closing tasks with accurate cash reconciliation.

The role emphasizes coaching, retail excellence, and a pathway toward supervisory responsibilities within a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties.
• Desirable supervisory coaching to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and manage end-of-day cash procedures.
