Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering inspirational customer service and achieving sales targets in a prestige beauty environment.

You will contribute to opening/closing the store, perform cash reconciliation, and participate in on-rotas for opening and closing duties while building a long-term career with a global leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable cash reconciliation and store opening/closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation as scheduled.
