Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, store policies, and strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and marketing placement.
• All positions require physical activity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
