Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and coaching to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and directions for the team at start of shift.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including banking, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Engage customers with needs discovery, product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by following safety standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for store operations.
