Responsibilities

Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
Set the direction and goals for the day/shift.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
