Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will act as Manager on Duty, guide associates, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

The position requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to our values and store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment (≥1 year preferred).
• Ability to coach and develop associates in-store.
• Strong communication and adaptable mindset for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to store management.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors with strong product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift goals and direct opening/closing routines including banking and shipments.
• Create authentic connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset changes, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies at all times.
