Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual standards.
