Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional service and running the store smoothly.

You will coach the sales team, handle cash procedures, and rotate opening/closing shifts while upholding our standards of personalized, luxury customer care and a strong focus on achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring for the sales team.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and assist with opening/closing on a rota.
• Provide inspirational, authentic customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
