Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store.

You will lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver personalized, authentic customer service that consistently meets sales and service targets. You will handle essential cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rota basis, and contribute to a positive, diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and other cash-handling duties.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Assist with scheduling and event coordination as needed.
