Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operation and delivering personalized customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will open/close the store on a rota, handle cash reconciliation, and show leadership to inspire the sales team while driving targets and providing a first-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing a store.
• Experience coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
