Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service. You will supervise daily operations, assist with start/end of day cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates bring retail cosmetics experience and a track record of coaching staff to meet sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota basis.
