Psycho Bunny's The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso on-site role is to lead daily store operations and promote a high-energy sales culture while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Key Holder will support recruitment, training, and product knowledge, manage scheduling and payroll to keep the store profitable, and ensure visual standards and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager and support sales culture to achieve KPIs and profitability goals.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling for profitability.
• Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to drive business.
• Monitor Loss Prevention and shrink goals.
• Manage merchandise transfers and inventory processes.
• Ensure visual standards and OSHA compliance in-store.
