Job summary

Psycho Bunny seeks a Key Holder for our Great Mall Outlets in Milpitas, on-site. You will help drive sales, guest experience, and train team members while reporting to the Store Manager.

This role requires at least one year of retail management, fluency in Spanish and English, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will handle scheduling, inventory control, and visual standards to reflect Psycho Bunny’s bold brand.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail management experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement and conversions.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge at store level and communicate it to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling for profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Monitor and manage Loss Prevention and shrink goals; oversee physical inventory.
• Execute and process merchandise transfers and communicate opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives are followed and the store presents Psycho Bunny’s standards.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, safe working atmosphere for all store team members and customers.
