Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible to a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores, as needed.
• Ability to follow procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals and assist with store operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and handle cash at POS.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop team skills.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and attendance policies.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
