Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in the United States seeks a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering authentic customer service.

You will open and close the store on a rota, perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, and use your retail experience to lead by example in a prestige beauty environment. This is a first supervisory step with growth opportunities across the brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail POS software is preferred.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth store operations.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
