Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure staff can communicate it to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Monitor and manage Loss Prevention.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; oversee Physical Inventory.
• Execute and process merchandise transfers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives and store presentation meet Psycho Bunny standards.
• Maintain OSHA compliance for a safe working environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
