Psycho Bunny in Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding Psycho Bunny’s bold, premium brand standards on-site.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail management experience, can work nights, weekends, and holidays, and communicates clearly to build a customer-focused selling culture while ensuring POS, inventory, and loss prevention practices meet the brand’s high

Responsibilities

Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement and conversion.
Recruit and develop high-performing Team Members; assist with training and succession.
Maintain store-level product knowledge and train Team Members accordingly.
Oversee payroll control and schedule to maintain profitability and service levels.
Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to inform sales strategies.
Manage and monitor Loss Prevention to protect assets.
Oversee inventory and shrink goals; conduct physical inventories.
Coordinate merchandise transfers and processing of stock.
Identify and communicate new merchandising opportunities to the Store Manager.
Ensure visuals and directives are executed to Psycho Bunny standards.
Maintain OSHA-compliant, safe work environment for staff and customers.
Assist with other duties as required by the Store Manager.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
