Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, uphold service standards, and protect profitability.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer experience and team leadership. You will recruit and train team members, maintain product knowledge, oversee payroll and inventory, and ensure visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement and data capture (emails, phone numbers).
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of Team Members.
• Maintain own and team product knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maximize profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to influence sales.
• Monitor Loss Prevention.
• Oversee Inventory and Shrink goals and Physical Inventory.
• Execute merchandise transfers and stock movement.
• Communicate opportunities to store manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives and store presentation meet Psycho Bunny standards.
• Comply with OSHA and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
