Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and drive sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Recruit, train, develop and mentor team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate staff.
• Control payroll and scheduling to ensure profitability and service standards.
• Analyze customer data and trends to influence business decisions.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, transfers and visual directives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
