Job summary

Event Network, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support day-to-day store operations and collaborate with management to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic environment.

You will greet guests, assist with sales, merchandise rotation, and ensure store standards while accurately handling transactions and assisting with opening/closing duties. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist to provide quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales and add-on items.
• Know store products, promotions, KPI goals and new products.
• Meet presentation standards including display, cleanliness and replenishing stock.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for operations and reporting.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Follow laws and company policies for store operations and HR procedures.
• Work as a team to achieve store goals and create a positive environment.
