Event Network, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and assist the management team in delivering exceptional guest service. You will handle transactions, restock merchandise, and perform tasks assigned by management in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards while maintaining security and loss prevention practices. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to ensure quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales by engaging guests and recommending promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, promotions, KPIs, and new items.
• Maintain company presentation standards for displays, cleanliness, and stock rotation.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system (cash, cards, discounts, charges).
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for store operations.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Adhere to applicable laws and company policies for operations and loss prevention.
• Work as a team to achieve store goals and a positive work environment.
