Event Network, Inc. is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support the store’s daily operations alongside the management team.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, process transactions, restock merchandise, and handle opening/closing procedures to keep the store running smoothly. You will greet guests, suggest add-on items, maintain store standards, follow security protocols, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prompty greets store guests and offers assistance to provide quality guest service.
• Suggestively sell to increase sales using open-ended questions.
• Maintain knowledge of store products, promos, KPIs and new products.
• Meet presentation standards for merchandise display and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for operations.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets.
• Follow laws and company policies; work as a team to achieve goals.
