Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a proactive Key Holder to join our team and support store leadership in delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet guests, process transactions, restock merchandise, and help maintain store standards while complying with liquor-sale requirements. Flexible weekend/evening shifts and 21+ age are required to ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service.
• Consistently practice suggestively selling to increase sales using open-ended questions.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, promotions, KPI goals, and new products.
• Meet presentation standards and manage merchandise display, restocking, and product rotation.
• Process all transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures required for operations.
• Recognize security risks and protect store assets; follow laws and company policies.
• Work as a team with staff to achieve store goals and a positive environment.
