Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a reliable Key Holder to support daily store operations and management. You will interact with guests, process sales, restock merchandise, and perform assigned tasks to maintain smooth store performance.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment, ensuring guest service standards, and supporting management with opening/closing procedures and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for liquor sales.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Know store products, promos, targets, KPI goals and new products.
• Maintain presentation standards and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately in the register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures (register reports, cycle counts, opening/closing).
• Recognize security risks and protect assets.
• Follow laws and company policies for store operations and HR procedures.
• Work as a team to reach store goals.
