Event Network, LLC is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to join our team. You will support store management in daily operations, greet guests, assist with sales, stock merchandise, and complete transactional duties with accuracy in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet store guests and offer assistance to provide quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, promotions, target KPIs and new products.
• Follow presentation standards, restock merchandise and ensure proper display rotation.
• Process transactions accurately using cash register system and manage discounts and charges.
• Complete store paperwork and follow procedures for open/close, reporting, and audits.
