The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth operations in a prestige beauty environment. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized service and drive sales targets.

Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at start and end of day, and opening/closing the store on a rotating schedule. This role is ideal for someone aiming for long-term growth within a leading luxury beauty group.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties.
• Supervisory/mentoring experience desired.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
• Assist with scheduling and staff development.
