Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to drive sales targets.

The role includes cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule, and coordinating with the management team for a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation of the store.
• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing on a rota basis.
