Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, customer-centric environment in partnership with store leadership
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPI insights and zoning goals
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience via omni services
• Participate in opening/closing routines and maintain store standards
• Assist training and onboarding of new hires
• Support shipment, stock, markdowns, and visual standards across the store
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and monthly visual updates
• Foster positive communication and brand-aligned team morale
