Anthropologie in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and overseeing daily operations. You will help mentor the associate team and contribute to a welcoming, in-store and omni-channel shopping environment.

Key duties include aiding opening/closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking, and resolving issues with a calm, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in the Anthropologie brand and its culture.

Responsibilities

• Improve the customer experience by partnering with the leadership team and creating welcoming, valued interactions.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Deliver an omni-channel experience by executing omni services and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist in training new hires and support daily store activities such as opening/closing and visual standards.
