Job summary

Anthropologie in Colorado Springs is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing daily operations. You will mentor associates, assist with opening/closing, uphold visual standards, and foster an inclusive, vibrant store culture through teamwork and communication.

This role emphasizes omni-channel service and flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals
Uses technology to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through execution of omni services
Facilitates an energized pace, promotes positivity, and manages daily zones to support the customer experience
Trains and mentors the associate team, including onboarding new hires
Supports daily operating processes such as opening/closing, restocking, and facilities or IT issues
Maintains visual standards, product stock levels, and markdown execution in collaboration with partners
Contributes to a positive team morale through brand initiatives and recognition programs
