Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to create an inviting customer environment and drive sales.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Mentors and trains the associate team, including onboarding new hires.
• Maintains store standards, product displays, stock and omni fulfillment processes.
• Fosters inclusive communication and teamwork to meet store objectives.
