Job summary

Anthropologie in Wayzata, MN is seeking a Key Holder who partners with the store leadership to create a customer-centric environment. You will support service, selling and daily processes while mentoring team members to uphold brand standards.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll drive in-store performance using KPIs, assist with opening/closing, inventory and omni-channel initiatives, and help train new associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
