URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership in service, selling, and daily operations, becoming an expert in procedures and mentoring the team.

You will help drive sales, uphold visual standards, and contribute to an inclusive, customer-focused environment while working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan and store culture enthusiast.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or similar.
• Strong team player with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with the leadership team to create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience through execution of omni services.
• Manages store environment with energized pace and positive team spirit.
• Supports training and onboarding of new hires.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking, and IT issues.
• Coordinates with partners to facilitate shipments and omni fulfillment; maintains visual standards and stock levels.
• Keeps store clean and current with monthly visuals and concept updates.
• Communicates feedback to Store Manager to improve customer and employee experience.
• Contributes to team morale through brand initiatives and recognition.
