Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time sales associate at our Universal City, Texas location. You will greet and assist customers, process purchases at the POS, stock shelves, and support store operations including opening/closing duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Guides store team on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures.
• Greets, assists and thanks customers; resolves inquiries and concerns.
• Handles customer transactions using the POS system.
• Assists in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves; maintains store cleanliness.
• Assists Store Manager in asset protection and daily store operations; may open/close in absence of managers.
