Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a dedicated team member to help customers, guide merchandise choices, and efficiently complete sales. You will contribute to store operations, assist with inventory and replenishment, and help open/close duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Support deliveries, asset protection, and record keeping as needed.
