Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Natick, MA is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations, drive sales through exceptional customer connections, and uphold brand standards. You will work with the store management team to maintain an energetic service environment and coordinate daily tasks to meet sales goals.

You will lead by example, participate in training, and ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for customers, including curbside pickup and in-store services.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Team player who contributes to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations with the store management team.
• Drive sales through genuine customer connections and service excellence.
• Deliver omni-channel customer experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup tools.
• Lead by example, maintain brand standards and product presentation.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily store tasks.
• Assist with training new hires and share product knowledge.
