You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup. This position emphasizes teamwork, availability for nights/weekends/holidays, and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Visual + Business Operations: Supports opening/closing procedures, shipment processing, restocking, and maintains visual standards.
• Communication + Relationships: Fosters inclusive environment, supports onboarding, and shares information in daily meetings and initiatives.
