Job summary

URBN's Urban Outfitters in Danbury, CT is seeking a Key Holder who collaborates with the store management team to supervise daily operations and energize the sales floor. You will drive sales by delivering genuine customer connections and upholding the brand's fun, energetic pace across in-store and curbside pickup channels.

As a brand ambassador, you lead by example, teach product knowledge, support onboarding, and help execute shipments, restocking and visual standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on service culture and daily sales goals.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experience with MPOS, POS, pickup.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Train new hires and share product knowledge.
• Uphold visual standards and inventory accuracy.
