Location Services is seeking a Key Representative in Indianapolis, IN, to coordinate key service dispatches and liaise with clients and vendors. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and multitasking to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor jobs, resolve issues, and maintain detailed service logs while collaborating with field personnel. A base office environment with hybrid work options supports this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• At least 1 year of customer service, customer service and/or administration in any office related industry.
• Phone experience required, must be able to answer and complete multiple phone lines.
• Working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dispatching of key services through vendors.
• Serve as liaison between organization and clients/vendors.
• Monitor status of ongoing jobs and adjust schedules for timely completion.
• Identify client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Maintain records of keys ordered, completed, and customer interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Provide accurate service availability, ETA, and delays information.
