About The Role

DNV is seeking a Key Customer Manager who will lead business development for new Key Customers in our Business Assurance North America. The Key Customer Manager will build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, understanding customer needs deeply. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position involves collaboration with various teams and requires the ability to achieve results through others. This role is 100% remote within the United States.

What You'll Do
  • Build relations with key decision makers and stakeholders, understanding customer needs
  • Develop understanding of customer needs, challenges, and organizational structure
  • Coordinate business development initiatives across DNV units
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new services
  • Act as an ambassador of trusted partnership and foster growth of customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and industry teams to meet business goals
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies
  • Work with project managers to assess and clarify contractual obligations
  • Apply pricing and contractual frameworks appropriately
  • Maintain and update customer business plans

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Experience with Digital Assurance domain
  • Proficient negotiation and social selling skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification Industry
