About The Role

DNV is seeking a Key Customer Manager to lead business development for new Key Customers within our Business Assurance North America. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

This role represents the full range of DNV products and services to Key Customers, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. Collaboration with various teams and achieving results through teamwork are essential. This position is 100% remote within the United States.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand customer needs deeply.
  • Understand the customer’s organization, challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate business development and sales initiatives across DNV units.
  • Contribute to designing and rolling out new services and sales strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner and ensure the growth of key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Work with project managers to assess and fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and contractual terms according to company policies.
  • Develop and maintain customer business plans.

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, influenced by experience and location.

About You
What is Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of industry experience
  • Experience in Digital Assurance domain
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in social and network selling (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required
What is Preferred
  • Experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) Industry
