Join us as a Key Customer Manager at DNV

We are seeking a Key Customer Manager to lead business development for new key customers within our Business Assurance North America team. This role involves building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

The position is responsible for representing our full range of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and increasing sales in line with objectives. Collaboration with various teams such as Market & Industries, Regional Managers, and Sales networks is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Understanding customer needs, challenges, and organizational structure
  • Coordinating business development initiatives across DNV units
  • Contributing to the design and rollout of new services
  • Acting as a trusted partner and ensuring the growth of customer relationships
  • Achieving sales objectives and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Staying informed on industry trends and market conditions
  • Collaborating with project managers and account officers on contractual and customer needs
  • Applying pricing and contractual policies accordingly
  • Maintaining and updating customer business plans

Qualifications:
