Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in the Merrimack Valley Area is seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the main contact for key customer accounts within our onsite manufacturing environment. You will manage requests, quotes, orders, and portal activity, coordinate with production and operations, and maintain accurate account records in ERP and internal systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service or account coordination.
Experience with order processing and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
Manage customer requests, quotes, order updates, and account activity.
Monitor and maintain customer portals.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Track open items and follow through to completion.
Enter and update account information within ERP and internal systems.
Communicate order status, changes, and updates to customers and internal teams.
Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
