Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to support several key customer accounts. You will be the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders, quotes, updates, and account activity are handled accurately and on time.

The position is onsite in the Merrimack Valley Area with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and potential overtime. A high school diploma and experience in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, account coordination or related roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong organization, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage customer requests, quotes, order updates, and account activity.
• Monitor and maintain customer portals.
• Coordinate with production and operations to meet needs.
• Track open items and follow through to completion.
• Enter and update account information in ERP and internal systems.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers and teams.
• Prioritize requests while maintaining accuracy.
