HomeGoods in Stow, OH seeks a Key Carrier to support store leadership and operations. This role alternates with the Coordinator role, acting as Manager on Duty and maintaining customer service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership experience and ability to act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Capable of coaching and giving feedback to Associates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses customer issues and coaches Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures meet company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management and staff.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
