HomeGoods, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations at our USA HomeGoods Store 1242 in Huber Heights, OH. The role blends leadership with customer-focused service, acting as Coordinator and occasionally as a Manager on Duty.

Key Carriers must have open availability, including nights and weekends. You will coach Associates, handle customer issues, and help ensure store procedures, labor laws, and safety guidelines are followed.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates updates to management and Associates when setting priorities
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Coaches and develops Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and policies
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety and a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
