You will work with a team to drive sales, maintain standards, and promote safety, while developing skills in customer service, staff scheduling, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy
• Ensures store team follows plan and opens/closes per guidelines
• Coaches Associates on customer service issues and provides feedback
• Maintains safety and adheres to labor laws and procedures
• Participates in Associate training and development
