Job summary

Marshalls in San Antonio is seeking a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role, leading store operations during coverage and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. The role requires open availability including nights and weekends and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will support training and coaching of Associates, ensure safety, adherence to procedures, and participate in opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory checks while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates; supports training needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs; supports shrink reduction goals.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
