Responsibilities

• Perform tasks of Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned with store supervision.
• Open and close store as directed; address customer complaints and exchanges.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure, and reducing expenses.
• Assist in training store associates and keeping the store clean and presentable.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Understand and execute company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures.
