Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in our Victoria, Texas location. The role supports company culture, assists customers, trains associates, and helps drive sales while ensuring store cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising associates, addressing customer concerns, and helping manage expenses and loss prevention. Strong English skills and ability to read/interpret documents are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform Cashier and Sales Associate tasks as needed.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned; assist in day-to-day store management.
• Open and close store as directed; address customer complaints.
• Handle returns and exchanges; address associate assignments and concerns.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure and reducing expenses using key metrics.
• Assist in training store associates; keep store clean and well-presented.
